Event Coordination

  • 30-minute planning call 90 days out to go over any questions up to that point (calls will be executed via phone or zoom and are scheduled based on availability)

  • Unlimited phone and email contact beginning 6-weeks from event date (during normal business hours)

  • Vendor recommendations (Clients are required to book all vendors directly)

  • Vendor contract review

  • Creation of detailed day-of timeline

  • Floor plan design

  • Rental order review

  • 1 coordinating assistant during the day (2nd assistant charge will apply to events over 175 guests)

  • Set-up of all personal ceremony & reception decor (Some restrictions apply).  Set-up of tables, chairs, and place settings not included.  (Full service caterer or event staff required for set up of non-personal items)

  • Wedding rehearsal coordination (1 hour)

  • Wedding ceremony & reception coordination 

  • Overseeing reception, including timeline of dances, speeches, toasts, cake-cutting, and bouquet and garter toss, etc.

  • Collecting and securing all gifts and cards

  • Dispersal of final vendor payments & tips

  • Ensuring clean up meets venue requirements  (Full service caterer or event staff required for clean up of non-personal items)

Price starting at $2,950

**Any communication outside of the perimeters set forth in the above services will result in additional charges billed at $175/hour.  This includes but is not limited to calls, texts, emails between coordinator and client, coordinator and family members/bridal party, and/or coordinator and any vendors booked.**

Price starting at $3,950

Both packages include a 30-minute complimentary consultation to discuss event needs and vision. Prices are based on events of 175 guests or less and may vary based on additional services and travel fees. Travel fees will apply to events outside of a 75 mile radius. Final quotes are sent via email.
